This product must ship to local commercial warehouse or freight dock. Carpet rolls are extremely long and heavy. Oftentimes your installer will know the best location to ship to, and we will work with you to arrange the best shipping location.
Unique recommends that these carpets be installed according to CRI 105 – 2002 Standard for Installation of Residential Carpets. A copy of these

For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
